Why hasn't my parcel been sent?

If your package hasn't been sent yet, it could be due to a busy period or because you've ordered a pre-ordered item.

The entire order will only be sent when everything is in stock – check the product page for the expected date!

Need your tracking number or want to check the status of your package?
