• Can I buy a pyjama top in one size and the bottoms in another?

  No, that's not currently possible. ℹ️ We sell all our pyjamas as sets, so both the top and bottoms will have the same size.

• Can your Christmas jumpers be washed?

  Yes, all our jumpers can be washed. You'll find washing instructions at the bottom of each product page.

• Do you have a physical shop?

  We sell online only.

• Do you have children's sizes larger than 12-14 years?

  No, we currently don't have anything larger than 12-14 years for children. ℹ️ We recommend choosing one of our smaller adult sizes instead.

• Do you make custom-designed, knitted Christmas jumpers?

• How do I remove the battery pack before washing?

  🔋 Find the white connector on the cable, carefully disconnect it, and remove the battery pack. This can easily be reattached after washing.

• My LED lights aren't working. What should I do?

  Don't worry! • What batteries do I need for your light-up Christmas jumpers?

  You need two CR2032 batteries 🔋 These can be purchased from us or in most supermarkets.

• When will you get sold-out products back in stock?

  If a product is planned to come back, it's often stated on the product page. ℹ️ Our main seasons (Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.) have no restocks during the season. This means that if a Christmas pyjama set is sold out in November, it won't be back until next year.

• Where are your products made?

  All our products are designed in Scandinavia and manufactured in China, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
