• How much does a return cost?

  A return costs £3.99, but we'll cover this for you and deduct the amount from the refund when we receive the return. To register a return, fill out the form here: ➡️ Return Form

• What happens if I don't collect the parcel?

  If you don't collect the package, refuse to receive it, or it can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. We will then deduct a fee of £20 from the refund.
